2. Products & Apparel

RDGLNE offers apparel, accessories, and related merchandise.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

  • We may limit quantities per customer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy (posted separately). Items must be unused and in original condition unless otherwise stated.

3. Event Participation & Physical Risk

Participation in any RDGLNE-hosted event, including but not limited to endurance runs, training events, or organized races, involves inherent physical risk.

By registering for or participating in any RDGLNE event, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You are voluntarily participating.

  • You are physically capable of participating.

  • You assume all risks associated with endurance activities, including but not limited to injury, illness, dehydration, collision, weather conditions, traffic, terrain, or death.

  • RDGLNE is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss.

Participants may be required to sign a separate liability waiver before participating in events.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

RDGLNE does not provide medical advice.

All content, training recommendations, and endurance-related guidance provided through our website, social media, or events are for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified medical professional before engaging in any endurance activity or training program.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos (including the RDGLNE mark)

  • Designs

  • Graphics

  • Videos

  • Text

  • Photography

  • Event names

are the exclusive property of RDGLNE LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with website security

  • Submit false information

  • Copy or scrape content

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others through our Services

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. RDGLNE does not store full credit card information.

We are not responsible for errors or breaches occurring within third-party payment systems.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. RDGLNE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

9. Media Release

By attending RDGLNE events or participating in RDGLNE activities, you grant RDGLNE permission to photograph, film, and use your likeness for marketing, promotional, documentary, and commercial purposes without compensation.

If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RDGLNE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of our website

  • Purchase of our products

  • Participation in events

  • Reliance on our content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable product or event registration.
